ZAMBIA – Police in Zambia have arrested a 25 year old man of Choma’s Chandamali Compound for stealing a Police Vehicle.
Allegations are that Whisper Mwambula stole a Toyota Opa Registration Number ALL 4409 valued at K 35,000 the property of Choma Zambia Police.
The alleged incident happened on 2nd April, 2019 in Choma. The man has since appeared in the Choma Magistrates Court .
When the matter came up for plea before Resident Magistrate Ethel Phiri, the accused person strongly denied the allegation leveled against him compelling the Court to enter a plea of not guilty.
The matter has since been adjourned to 25th April, 2019 for commencement of trial while the accused person continues to remain on Police Bond.
