Long serving catholic sister dies in Karonga

Sisters of the Holy Rosary says they are saddened with the passing on of Sr.Beatrice Chipeta who passed on early this morning 19th June,2019.

“She has gone with 79 years of age and 57 years in religious life “.

Burial will be tommorow 20th June,2019 and Mass is at 10:00 am at St.Peter’s Cathedral.

The body will later be taken to katoto cemetery.

Late Sister Chipeta was founder of lusubilo orphanage, lusubilo music centre and longest serving sister in karonga diocese.
