Update: Davie Khan Laid to Rest in Balaka

A crowd of mourners gathered to bid farewell to Davie Khan Chikaonga, a social media content creator who died on April 27 in India after battling bone cancer.
Khan, 25, had travelled abroad to seek treatment and remained hopeful throughout his illness.
Until his death, he was a student at DMI St. John the Baptist University, where he was expected to graduate in May 2027.
He has been laid to rest at Kachisi Village in Balaka District, under Traditional Authority Nsamala.
His passing has sparked an outpouring of grief across the country, with many remembering his resilience and the impact he made through his social media content.
