Gas Man, a distributor of Afrox Malawi Limited goods has promised to continue offering good and quality products to its customers.
Eugene Wheeler, manager for the company said this in an interview with face of Malawi on Friday.
He said the problem with many people is that they like cheap things and they do not care about the quality.
“Now business is very competitive because some people like the vendors are bringing in some products similar to the ones we sell which are not original and the coming in of Chinese products has also affected our business,” he said.
Wheeler said their products are strong and durable because they know how to handle things adding that they are not exposed to sunlight as it is the case with the vendors.
Gas Man sells industrial gases, Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) under the brand name hand gas for cooking, lighting even heating chickens, safety equipment, helmets, safety boots and welding helmets just to mention a few.
The company started in 2003 and is opposite ADMARC social welfare in Kanjedza in Limbe.
