Independent councilor for Blantyre South ward Kingsley Mbewe has said that is geared to bring development to the area.
He said he intends to construct good roads and bring a hospital to the area.
“The ward which l represent is 4 kilometers away from Blantyre City but we do not have a tarmac road and the sewage system has not been operating for twenty years, l want to change this.” He said.
Mbewe said he has constructed bridges, maintained roads and distributed maize to the needy in the ward.
He has since wished all the best councilor Wild Ndipo and Joseph Makwinja for being elected as Mayor and deputy Mayor for Blantyre City Council respectively.
