Moses Kunkuyu’s vehicle petrol-bombed

Unknown people have petrol bombed Malawi Congress Party Director of Campaign Moses Kunkuyu’s vehicle in the wee hours of Friday.
The development comes barely hours after unknown people suspected to be Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) cadets attempted to petrol-bomb Human Right Defenders Coalition (HRDC) Chairperson Timothy Mtambo’s parent house in Chitipa.
Kunkuyu confirmed of the development in an interview with the press, saying the incident happened at his home in Nancholi.
According to Kunkuyu, the people were targeting a number of vehicles, but left hurriedly after a guard noticed the fire and raised an alarm.
