Elections Case Update: Court Says Kaphale Should Continue Asking SKC Questions

The Constitutional Court sitting in Lilongwe has ruled in favor of the Attorney General (AG) Kalekeni Kaphale to continue asking United Transformation movement (UTM) leader Saulos Chilima on evidence by another sworn in statements in the on-going elections case in Lilongwe.

Chilima adopted evidence of other witness in his sworn statement.

The court, however, has said Kaphale should uphold promise not to duplicate questions when cross examining that other witness for the interest of time
