Constitutional Court has adjourned the ongoing Presidential polls case where Malawi Congress Party (MCP) and United Transformation Movement (UTM) are demanding nullification of the May 21 polls to November 25, 2019.

The case adjourned on high intense as lawyer for the first petitioner Dr. Saulos Chilima, Dr. Chikosa Sulungwe pressed Phiri on his academic qualifications.
Phiri was rescued by Mutharika’s lawyer Frank Mbeta.
