MCP’s Lawyer Mordecai Msiska Finishes Oral Submissions

Mordecai Msiska, lawyer for MCP president, Dr. Lazarus Chakwera, has this morning become the fourth to complete oral submissions in the constitutional court in Lilongwe which is hearing the presidential election case.

Msiska’s legal presentation was focused on MCP perceived flows in the management of the disputed election by MEC.

The on-going presidential election case in Lilongwe, today enters day 61 when the constitutional court judges also expect to conclude hearing and retreat to make their judgment.

Meanwhile, the first respondent, President Peter Mutharika, is making his oral submission through one of his lawyers.
