The High Court in Zomba has adjourned to 1 PM hearing the murder case of Linda Gasa in which Misozi Chanthunya is accused.
The Court is expected to make a determination on whether the trial should proceed or not.
However, Lawyer for Chanthunya, Michael Goba Chipeta, who has been hired again after he discharged himself earlier, raised an application for stay.
But State lead lawyer, Steven Kayuni argues the court must proceed with trial.
