DPP supporters invade Lilongwe with Justice Restoration March

Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) supporters are holding a peaceful protest in the capital Lilongwe against the outcome of the Constitutional Court which nullified the May 21, 2019 Presidential polls.

The demonstrations started from Lilongwe community ground.

Initially the protesters were scheduled to match through old town to civic offices at city centre but DPP supporters changed the route after a large number of people blocked the Old Town route.

The DPP supporters are now using the Mchesi road.
