In the video, stunned bystanders scream as the nude male tries to hide the woman’s partner by dangling from the fourth-floor window.
Seconds later, he dramatically falls into the rubbish bins on the ground below.
The viral footage was posted to LiveLeak four days ago with the clip believed to have been filmed in China.
Online reports claim the unfortunate escapee was enjoying a secret liaison in the building before the woman’s partner came home.
He allegedly suffered a spinal injury after the fall.
