The synod’s secretary General Reverend Billy Gama confirmed of the development.

The summoned Ministers Donnex Ngalande, Duncan Kananji, Revelend Nkwezalamba and Revelend Maloya await for a disciplinary hearing over the matter.

According to Gama he is the only lawful spokesperson of the Synod.

Yesterday the said minsters held a press briefing condemning publicly what they call partisan politics within the synod.

The ministers continued that those that do not side with the particular party are regarded as rebels.

In his remarks Gama said that before anything goes to the media there is a need to discuss the matter within the synod hence calling the ministers for a disciplinary hearing.
