Hollywood film mogul David Guillod, 53 has been arrested and charged with multiple sex offences after he handed himself over to the police.
David Guillod, faces 11 claims of sexual assault relating to four women for incidents going back to 2012, said prosecutors.
He is the latest among a group of Hollywood moguls, who have been named and shamed in the #MeTooMovement.
Film mogul Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in jail, after he was found guilty of multiple sexual offenses.
Guillod was accompanied by his lawyer Philip Cohen, when he handed himself over to the police.
He is denying all the charges.
If found guilty, Guillod could face a sentence of 21 years to life in prison for the multiple sexual offenses.
One of the people to accuse Guillod of sexual assault, was actress Jessica Barth 39 who starred in Ted.
Barth claimed that he drugged her during a 2012 meeting. The case was investigated by Los Angeles police department but was closed 2 years later with no arrests made.
Barth made her allegations public in 2017 during the #MeToo movement.
She said she felt very drowsy during dinner with Guillod who was her manager.
“The next thing I remember is waking up at home with six hickeys [love bites] on my neck,
“I was horrified. I was completely and utterly confused and I was sick to my stomach.
