Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) – United Democratic Front (UDF) running-mate Atupele Muluzi has said President Peter Mutharika has been mentoring him on the position.

Muluzi was speaking at Kasungu Community Ground where he held a campaign political rally.

According to Muluzi, Mutharika picked him as a running-mate based on experience.

The young Muluzi lured people of Kasungu to vote for DPP-UDF alliance in the fresh presidential elections for continued development.

According to Muluzi it is only the DPP-UDF alliance that has welfare of people at heart.
