Addressing the rumoured relationship in an interview with Angela Yee, the 27-year-old singer confirmed the babble further explaining the real situation and claimed Will Smith is the one who gave him a go-ahead to date and sleep with his 48-year-old wife.
“I don’t really have a choice but to express my truth. I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation, due to the transformation from their marriage to life partnership – that they’ve spoken on several times. And it not involving romanticism – He gave me his blessing – I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life,” he said.

This relationship rumour had swirled earlier about the two’s secret affair, especially with the release of August’s 2019 track “Nunya” where he slipped on his verse that made speculations he was talking about Jada.
“You got me feeling like it was an act, you’re just an actress/Putting on a show ’cause you don’t want the world to know,” the line reads.

Though Pinkett Smith representative denied Alsina’s claims were “absolutely not true,” social media is convinced this relationship has been there for so long and it was inevitable for the three to keep it a secret.

August however did not confirm his sexual relationship with Will Smith, though social media speculations have also alleged he may have been involved or Will had a relationship outside their marriage too.
