The gap between African music and that of the Americans has always been wide. Although, African artistes are now doing much better in linking up with the bigger global superstars than before.
In spite of such progress made, African music heavyweights still find it difficult to land collaborations with the global heavyweights.
In a recent development, Nigerian singer Tiwatope Savage, known professionally as Tiwa Savage, has begged American cum Barbadian singer, Rihanna for a song collaboration.
Tiwa Savage made this known after a fan asked which artiste she would love to feature with in music.
“What artiste would you love to feature with in your music anytime soon”, the curious fan asked.
In response to the question, the ‘Ma Lo’ hitmaker indicated that she would love to collaborate with Rihanna. In her response, she literally begged for the collaboration.
“Na Rihanna ooo, make we tag her. Maybe she go answer us @rihannapls na.”, Tiwa Savage wrote.
