Former Minister of Information, Henry Mussa, and former Director of Information, Gideon Munthali, are this morning appearing in a Lilongwe court in a case where they are accused of theft by public officer and abuse of office.
The two are being accused of stealing 10 computers and 3 generators meant for distribution in district information offices across the country.
They are expected to take plea today after court granted them bail on 21 September, 2020.
