Thom Mpinganjira’s bail revoked

The High Court in Blantyre has revoked bail for retired business mogul Thomson Mpinganjira in a bribery case.
The development followed an application by Thom Mpinganjira asking for a bargaining plea from the state.
The request implies that Mpinganjira wants to state whether he pleads guilty or not.
High Court Judge Dorothy Degabrielle has accepted the request.
Mpinganjira has since been remanded to Chichiri Prison until next week.
