MSCE exams leak, MANEB speaks out (see photos)

Malawi National Examination Board (MANEB) has confirmed leakage of the ongoing Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examinations.

English Paper I went viral on social media on Monday morning especially on WhatsApp and the paper was written in the afternoon.

Today, the social media is also awash with History paper and students are expected to sit for the paper anyday this week.

Speaking in an interview with the press MANEB Public Relations Officer Mayamiko Chiwaya confirmed of the leakage, saying the leakage with not have any effect of the results.

“The English paper I leaked at 1pm yesterday and all students were already ready for exams and i don’t think the paper was accessed by the candidate writing the exams,” said Chiwaya.
