Justice Ivy Kamanga testifies in Mpinganjira’s case

One of the Judges who handled the President Polls case Justice Ivy Kamanga has said the Judges delayed in reporting bribery attempt by Thom Mpinganjira to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB)because of the nature of the Presidential election case, arguing that doing so at that time could have resulted into chaos.

Judge Kamanga said this when she was testifying the the Judge bribery case involving well-known businessman Thom Mpinganjira at the High Court in Blantyre today.

Kamanga also clarified that much as she has had no conversation with Dr. Mpinganjira, she recognizes his voice.

Meanwhile Justice Ivy Kamanga has finished testifying in the case and now ACB investigators have taken the floor.
