A 55-year old man, has died after being struck by lightning in Ntchisi district.
He has been identified as Kennedy Banda and met his fate while coming from the toilet at night.
His relations found him dead in the morning around the premises.
Postmortem conducted by medical personnel in the district, revealed that death was due to electric shock caused by lightning.
Banda hailed from Katchere Village in the area of Traditional Authority Kalumo in Ntchisi District.
