MP John Chikalimba laid to rest

Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Eisenhower Mkaka led Malawians in paying last respect to late Honourable John Chikalimba, member of Parliament for Zomba Changalume.

Chikalimba, People’s Party (PP) succumbed to Coronavirus at Zomba Central hospital on Wednesday.

Some of the notable faces that attended the funeral included Minister of sports Ulemu Msungama, PP Vice President for the South Ephraim Chivunde who is also Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs.

Apart from these, United Transformation Movement (UTM) Vice President Dr. Michael Usi who is also Minister of Tourism and Culture and Minister of Industry Roy Kachale.

PP National Publicity Secretary Ackson Kalaile Banda,MP described Chikalimba’s death as a big loss to the party.
