Truck carrying fizzy drinks catches fire in Mzuzu

Fire has consumed part of the truck carrying fizzy drinks along the M1 road at a place known as Kadikeshi in Mzuzu.

The truck is said to have caught fire after it collided with another vehicle coming from the opposite direction.

Fire fighters from Mzuzu Airport fire fighters rushed to the scene.

According to an eyewitness, no one has sustained injuries in the incident.
