Police in Lumbadzi have launched a manhunt for unknown people who invaded Makkena company at Lumbadzi and allegedly stole a 2 tonner vehicle and assorted items worth over 8 million kwacha over the weekend.
Lumbadzi Police spokesperson Sergent Felix Kwinyani confirmed of the development in an interview with the press
According to Kwinyani,the suspects attacked the company’s security guards and proceeded to steal plasma screen, cell phones, laptop, compressor, four motars, welding machines, 6 bags of Akshar cement, 106 V belts, big grinder, 78 bearings and vania caliper.
Police intercepted the stolen vehicle at Valley Chicks company along Chitukula earth road.
