Senior Resident Magistrate Paul Kandulu will on, May 20 rule whether former Democratic Progressive Party Regional Governor for the North Christopher Nzomera Ngwira has a case to answer or not.
State on Tuesday, this week, paraded it’s last of the 16 witnesses on the case.
The witness a police officer, said he took statements of Mzomera Ngwira and the others accused following a tip from some people, who claimed they had seen him and the others at the scene of the crime, claims the suspect’s are denying.
Ngwira and others are answering charges of assault and inciting violence during a political rally that took place at Chibavi in Mzuzu where president Chakwera was in attendance as leader of MCP.
