Chrissy Teigen has said that Meghan Markle, who is now expecting her second child, reached out to her after learning she lost her baby son, as Daily Mail reports.

The 35-year-old model suffered a devastating miscarriage last September. Tragically, baby Jack was stillborn. Thankfully, Chrissy had her loving husband, John Legend, and their two beautiful children, Luna and Miles, to support her in these calamitous times.

However, her family and close friends were not the only ones who offered Teigen their help.

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, called Chrissy and offered her emotional support.

Since Meghan herself suffered a miscarriage last summer, she knew exactly how painful this harrowing experience was.

In an interview with Andy Cohen, Chrissy said:

“She’s been so kind to me ever since we connected. She had written to me about baby Jack and loss. She is really wonderful and so kind, and just as kind as everyone says she is. She’s a really wonderful girl.”

Chrissy also shared her opinion regarding Meghan and Harry’s tense interview with Oprah, where they revealed a series of shocking details about the Royal family.

When the talk show host asked Teigen about Meghan’s revelations during the bombshell interview, she said:

“She’s been very open about what she’s been open with, and I think honestly her truth has been her truth since the very beginning.”

Last year, Chrissy and John opened up about the loss of baby Jack.

Тhe couple shared they had lost their son halfway through Teigen’s pregnancy, due to a partial placental abruption. Their sincerity inspired other women to open up about their own losses.

Even Meghan Markle revealed in November that she suffered a miscarriage over the summer of 2020. She described she felt an “unbearable grief” following her misfortune.

In a lengthy social media post, the model said her little boy, Jack, had passed away after “so many complications.” At the time, she wrote:

“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before… We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.

We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital. But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever.

To our Jack – I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you.”

In February, Meghan and Harry announced they are expecting a baby girl.

The wonderful news came just months after Meghan revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage. Describing her dreadful loss, she said:

“After changing his [Archie’s] diaper, I felt a sharp cramp. I dropped to the floor with him in my arms, humming a lullaby to keep us both calm, the cheerful tune a stark contrast to my sense that something was not right.”

The Duchess of Sussex added:

“I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second. Hours later, I lay in a hospital bed, holding my husband’s hand. I felt the clamminess of his palm and kissed his knuckles, wet from both our tears.

Staring at the cold white walls, my eyes glazed over. I tried to imagine how we’d heal. Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few.”
