MARY CHILIMA IN END CHILD MARRIAGE CAMPAIGN

Stakeholders involved in the fight against child marriages and violence against children have gathered at Ntonda Primary School ground in Ntcheu district at a function where spouse to the Vice President, Mary Chilima is the guest of honor.

This is an interface that is largely   focusing on scaling up efforts in the mainstreaming of information regarding dangers of early child marriages and violence against children.

Charity organization World Vision Malawi is championing the campaign in an attempt to make a measurable control in improving the wellbeing of boys and girls.

Notable figures in attendance are Tradional leaders led by Ngoni Paramount Chief Inkosi ya Makosi Gomani V, Justice Zione Ntaba from the Judiciary who is also ambassador in ending child marriages campaign, representatives of Ntcheu District Council and representatives from the Malawi Police Service.
