A shocking case was reported from Gujarat’s Ahmedabad where a 14-year-old boy from Danilimda stabbed and later bludgeoned his mother’s boyfriend to death.
The incident took place on Monday and as per reports, the boy was frustrated as the victim used to beat him and his mother on a regular basis.
The city crime branch officials added that the woman eloped with her boyfriend and son when he was just 4 years old.
The boy on further interrogation revealed that the victim started harassing him and his mother as soon as they shifted together.
A crime branch officer added, “He used to beat the boy’s mother every day and whenever the boy tried to intervene, he would also be beaten,” as per the report published in the Times of India.
Elaborating further on the episode, the officer said that the boy bought a knife after contacting his friend. The victim was taken to a secluded spot in the Calico Mill Compound in Behrampura on a scooter. The boy then stabbed him and later bludgeoned him to ensure he was dead.
The crime branch officials have seized the knife used for the gruesome act along with a scooter worth Rs 60,000. The inquiry has been handed over to Danilimda police.
