Indian Man Ties Wife, Her ‘Lover’ Together, Thrashes Them After Catching Them In Compromising Position

A man in Gujarat allegedly tied his wife and her alleged lover together and thrashed them. A video of the incident was also circulated on social media on Sunday. The incident took place at an interior village of the Valsad district in Gujarat. The accused allegedly thrashed the two after he saw them in a compromising position.

The accused works as a casual labourer. The man suspected his wife of having an extra-marital affair. The woman recently started living with her mother at Kajli village.

Before leaving for her mother’s house, the woman challenged her husband to prove his suspicion by catching her red-handed with her paramour. After being challenged, the accused started keeping a close eye on his wife.

On Sunday, the labourer’s wife called her alleged lover to meet her. During this time, the accused reached the spot and caught them in a compromising position. Furious after seeing his wife, the man allegedly dragged the two of them out of the house and tied them to a poll, The Times of India reported.

The man continued to rain blows on the couple until the locals intervened. Some of the locals filmed videos of the incident and circulated them on WhatsApp. When the police learned about the video, they called the woman’s lover and asked him to register a complaint.

Sub-inspector RJ Gamit of the Nanapondha police station said, “We asked the man to lodge a complaint so that we can take an action, but he refused to say that he had made a mistake by going to meet the woman. ” While the woman gave an application to the police, she refrained from lodging an FIR. The woman’s husband was detained by the cops as a preventive measure but was later released on bail by an executive magistrate.
