Mpinganjira’s last witness in no show again

Businessman Thomson Mpinganjira’s third and final witness has also failed to show up in court and testify in the judge bribery case.

This means that both the State and the defence have closed their cases and the court has set June 30 for the two sides to make final submissions.

Mpinganjira’s second witness also did not show up to testify for him on Wednesday.

Instead of the four witnesses Mpinganjira had indicated would call, including himself, he has only called two witnesses and this includes himself.

Meanwhile court has set June 29,2021 as day for final submission from both defence and the state.
