MyBucks Bank has signed a partnership agreement with Medical Aid Society of Malawi (MASM) to simplify payments of subscriptions to the health insurance provider through digital payment platform.

MyBucks Bank Head of Retail and SME Banking Mayamiko Kalizang’oma said the bank is focused on making people’s lives better through convenient and simplified banking using technology and partnerships.

“Payment of MASM subscription for both customers and non-customers through our branches is easy, one simply has to deposit the amount into the MASM account of which details will be given by our friendly staff across all our branches.

“The process for making MASM subscription payments is even more convenient to MyBucks customers who are on our *623# Flex Mobile Banking as they will be able to make these payments whenever, wherever by simply dialing *623#, select option 3 whilst on the main menu, choose the MASM bill payment and follow the subsequent prompts,” says Kalizang’oma.

MASM Chief Commercial Officer, Bernard Ambali equally said the partnership with the bank is aimed at providing total convenience to their customers when it comes to paying their monthly subscriptions.

“Considering the current Covid-19 situation, more Innovative ways of doing business also help members to transact in the convenience of their homes or offices.

“I would therefore encourage all members to make full use of this payment platform as we continue to observe Covid-19 guidelines,” Ambali said.
