Information Minister Gospel Kazako Recovers From Covid-19

Malawi’s Minister of Information Gospel Kazako has said he has recovered from Coronavirus.

Kazako confirmed of the news on his official Facebook page in which he said has latest Covid-19 test result has come out negative.

“I thank God for the mercy, gift and grace of healing. My latest Covid-19 test result has come out negative. I am now Covid-19 free. I am healed,” wrote Kazako.

He further went on thanking those who prayed and wished him best wishes when he was battling the virus.

“I wish to thank you all for your prayers and all the best wishes sent to me when I was down. Specifically, I wish to thank Dr. Jonathan Ngoma of Kamuzu Central Hospital and his great and dedicated team. And also Dr Watipaso Kasambara and her team,” he said.

Kazako then encouraged those who are still fighting the disease to keep faith saying they will be next out of bed and healed.

He has therefore urged people in the country to continue following Covid-19 preventative measure to contain the spread of the virus.
