Two Men Netted For Burglary In Bangwe

Police in Bangwe, Blantyre have arrested two men who are suspected to have committed burglary several times in the township.

According to Limbe Police Spokesperson Patrick Mussa, the two suspects were taken into custody last night and have been identified as George Henderson aged 36, and Mike Uloko, 30.

Following a series of break-ins that have been happening in Mthandizi, Mvula, and surrounding areas, police initiated an investigation which led to the arrest of the two.

Mussa says police managed to recover some of the stolen items which include; 7 plasma TV screens, a home theatre set, computers, DVD players, 2 hybrid speakers, and other properties worth millions of Kwacha.

Henderson and Uloko are expected to appear before court soon.
