Mpinganjira’s Judge Bribery Case Sentencing Friday

The High Court has set September 10, 2021 as the day it will deliver a ruling in a bribery case involving will-known businessman Thom Mpinganjira.

Mpinganjira is accused of attempting to bribe constitutional court judges to rule in favour of former President Peter Mutharika.

The Judges reported the matter to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) leading to the arrest of Mpinganjira.

The state paraded five judges in the case.
