CHRR Shed Tears For Human Rights Activist Rafiq Hajat

Center for Human Rights and Rehabilitation (CHRR) is saddened with the passing of the country’s renowned human rights activist Rafiq Hajat.
CHRR’s executive director Michael Kayiyatsa has described Hajat as one of the determined people who stood firm, in fighting for the rights of people.
He added that Hajat’s death has hit had.
Kaiyatsa further called on human rights advocates to imitate Hajat when fighting for people’s rights.
Hajat died today, heart complications cited as the cause.
