Police in Ntchisi have today impounded 41 motorcycles, and seven motor vehicles, in an effort to reduce road accidents.
Ntchisi police publicist, Sergeant Yohane Tasowana says this is an effort to reduce road accidents in the district.
The police have impounded motorcycles whose cyclists did not put on crash helmets and those carrying more than one passenger while the the motorists of the seven motor vehicles have different offences.
