Ntcheu man to appear in court next week for assaulting a boy

Ntcheu Senior Resident Magistrate, Joshua Nkhono has today set 4 November, 2021 as a date when Vincent Dzimadzi a man whose video clip went viral while he assaulted a 14-year-old boy in Ntcheu will enter plea.
Nkhono set the date following a request by State through Ntcheu Police Prosecutor, Samie Liwonde who told the court that Police are yet to finish investigations on the matter.
However, Police has opened a holding charge of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm against the suspect as police investigations are still underway.
Dzimadzi 38, has since been remanded to Ntcheu Prison.
