Police in Phalombe are keeping in custody an 18 year old boy for allegedly raping 20 year old woman.
The district’s police spokesperson Jimmy Kapanja confirmed of the arrest.
Kapanja identified the suspect as Madalitso Chibalo of Namarwa Village, Traditonal Authority (T/A) Mkhumba in the district.
Kapanja said the suspect broke into the victim’s house on November 24 2021 where he allegedly raped the woman.
