Jaco Viljoen appointed as Group Managing Director for FMB Capital Holdings

Information reaching this publication indicates that Jaco Viljoen has been appointed as FMB Capital Holdings Managing Director with effect from January 2022.

Viljoen replaces mahendra Gursahani who was serving as Interim Group Managing Director since October 2020.

“The Board greatly appreciates Mahendra and thanks him for his decisive leadership and contributions over the past year. He has committed to this role until the end of the year, to ensure smooth transition of leadership, and from 2022 he will remain non-executive board member on the FMBCH Group Board and on some of our subsidiary boards,” reads in part the statement.
