Experts fault appointment of Namalomba as Mutharika’s spokesperson

Political experts George Phiri and Caesar Kondowe have criticized the appointment of Shadric Namalomba as spokesperson of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) President, Peter Muntharika.

According to the two, the decision will demotivate other members of the party as they are not being trusted with responsibilities of running the party.

On Wednesday this week, Muntharika appointed Namalomba as his spokesperson with immediate effect.

Namalomba’s new appointment, means he is holding two positions at the moment as he is also the spokesperson of the party.
