Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that a taxi driver identified as Philip Mzumara is missing in Mzuzu.
Mzumara’s relatives have confirmed of the matter in a statement made available to faceofmalawi, saying the driver went missing on December 10, 2021.
“Mr Philip Mzumara who was driving a (white Toyota Ractis Reg. No NS 7290) with red number plate in Mzuzu was on 10 December 2021 hired by some people around 8pm going to Lunjika-Mzimba.
“Around midnight a message was sent home that they were going to Songwe, since then we have not heard from him or know his whereabouts,” reads in part the statement.
The matter has since been reported to police.
