AHL Workers Close Lilongwe Offices Over 4 Months Salaries

Angry Auction Holdings Limited (AHL) Group employees have sealed the company’s head offices in Lilongwe over salary issues and demand for restructuring.

According to the Chairman of the concerned workers, they have gone for four months without being paid and that management has failed to meet its promises to address their concerns.

An inside source has told us that the workers will be holding their vigils at the head offices until the management addresses their grievances.

In his remarks, AHL group board Chairman Rhino Chiphiko, the the company is in financial difficulties hence failure to pay salaries and remit pensions,

Meanwhile, disgruntled workers have threatened to take unspecified action.
