Justice Lovemore Chikopa has been appointed as Judge President for the Supreme Court of Appeal, faceofmalawi can reveal.
High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal Registrar Gladys Gondwe has confirmed of the development in a statement, saying Chikopa has been appointed on the post by the newly appointed Chief Justice Rizine Mzikamanda.
According to Gondwe, Chikopa’s appointment is with effect from January 10 , 2022.
The post of Judge President follows seniority, according to the judicial arrangements.
