Man Sentenced 21-Yrs IHL For Defiling 13-Yr-Old Niece In Mzimba

Court in Mzimba has sentenced a 60 year-old man to 21 years imprisonment with hard labour for being found guilty of defiling his 13 year old niece.
Passing the sentence, Principal resident magistrate Peter Kandulu said the accused Medson Mbeya premeditated his crime and exploited his relationship with the victim.
He further highlighted on the seriousness of defilement crimes in the country hence the sentence to deter others from commit the offense.
