‘Many will miss me’-Zodwa Wabantu’s bizarre post shocks fans

The suicide of rapper Riky Rick sent shockwaves across South Africa and sparked an important conversation around mental health and the effects of depression. Now more than ever, social media users are paying close attention to their favourite celebrities to try and see any warning signs. Zodwa Wabantu is the latest celeb who has left her fans worried after she shared a cryptic post on her Instagram page.

The 23 of February was a sad day for many people after hearing that musician and fashion icon Richado Machado aka Riky Rick has taken his own life.

The news left many people pondering about mental health and how important it is to be kind and considerate to people since they are often facing their own battles which they hardly ever speak about.

In light of this, Zodwa Wabantu’s fans have been left thoroughly concerned after the exotic entertainer and businesswoman headed to her Instagram page to share a cryptic video of a woman remarking that “she misses the girl she used to be”.

The post which was shared on the app on 12 March this year was captioned: “many will miss me.”

Many of her fans wasted no time checking up on the star and shared many kind and thoughtful messages with her. Others encouraged her to speak out if she wasn’t in a good space at the moment.
