Road Accident Claims 2 Lives In Chiradzulu

Road accident has claimed two lives in Chiradzulu district which occurred at Muwa Trading Center along the Robert Mugabe Highway in Chiradzulu District.

Chiradzulu Police Public Relations Officer, Sergeant Innocent Moses, has confirmed the development.

According to Moses, the accident occurred after the driver Malumbo Chirwa, lost control of the vehicle and it hit two female pedestrians.

Moses has identified the deceased as Tereza Jailosi, 35 of Ndala Village and Mary Mng’omba, 58 of Balasoni village both from Traditional Authority Nkalo in the District.

The victims sustained severe head injuries and multiple fractures on both legs and arms and were pronounced dead upon arrival at Nguludi Mission Hospital.
