Sri Lanka’s citizens are boiling with anger due to the worst economic crisis since their independence in 1948 which is directed at the island nation.
Thousands of people tried to throw stones at the house of Gotabaya Rajapaksa, the president and his politician brother on Thursday evening.
According to the reports, one person was injured at the spot and 45 more were arrested.
The Rajapaksa family has been held sway over the nation politics for many years and returned into power after Gotabaya was elected president in 2019
