Eagle Stolen at Late Kenneth Kaunda’s grave Replaced

Barely 23 days after being stolen, the man-made Eagle on founding President Kenneth Kaunda’s grave has been replaced.

Unlike the stolen statue which appeared copper-ish, the new bird is grey and seems a little bigger.

A check at the Embassy Park presidential burial site found the imposing emblem on the tip of the headstone.

Eagles represent expansion, strength, a higher perspective, loyalty, victory, power, foresight, vision, and manifestation.

Just like the characteristics of an eagle, late President Kaunda, working with other front liners, courageously fought for the independence of Zambia and helped her neighbors attain liberation from colonial rule.
