Watching the video carefully, you can see that there is a bed in the studio where the program is being held.
The young man was seen lying on the bed while the lady sleeps on top of him and demonstrating how couples can satisfy their partners in bed using the style in your picture.
At some point in time, this lady was seen winding her waist on top of this man while explaining to the host of the show how this bed style is good for men.
